Through a combination of academic coursework, practical experience, mentorship, and the study of pragmatic educational concepts and issues, this program equips educators with the expertise needed to navigate the complex challenges of contemporary education. Program Structure

The Superintendent Licensure Only Program consists of five core courses, plus internship for all candidates.

Candidates who do not currently hold New Hampshire Professional Educator licensure will complete an additional course to meet State requirements.

Admission Requirements

Applicants to the Superintendent Licensure program will be required to submit an employment verification letter from Human Resources to confirm years of experience and titles held.

Superintendent Licensure requires the completion of at least fve years of experience as an education administrator at the pre-K, elementary, or secondary level. Applicants must also hold a master’s degree (MEd, MA, MS) or higher in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership from a regionally accredited institution with a 3.0 or higher cumulative grade point average.

Please note that all field work is mandatory and will take place in the state of New Hampshire.
